Beginning with the 2008 - 2009 school year, all students whose home middle school is Old Mill Middle School North will participate in the IB MYP.  In addition, each year we invite out of area students to apply for participation in the program.  Due to limited space, students whose home school is among the following middle schools may apply for participation:

• Severna Park Middle School
• Chesapeake Bay Middle School
• George Fox Middle School
• Old Mill Middle School South

In October and early November, Mrs. Shelby, the IB MYP Coordinator, visits all elementary schools within these middle school districts to explain the program to 5th grade students.  In addition, there is an IB Expo being held on Thursday, November 20 here at the school to provide interested students and parents information about the IB MYP.  For information regarding the application process for out of area students, please contact Mrs. Shelby at 410-969-5950 x385 or sshelby@aacps.org.
